Q. What is your earliest memory? Why do you remember it?

A: When I was twelve years old, we went to visit my grandmother at the nursing home. We parked our car on a hill and my parents got out. I was in the backseat holding shopping bags that were part of her weekly care package. My father forgot to put the emergency brake on and the car started rolling down the hill. My mother screamed as my father tried to hold it. The next thing I knew, I was in the driver’s seat with my foot on the brake. At that age, I didn’t even know what the brake was, but somehow I managed to stop the car. I had forgotten this happened until my mother reminded me years later saying she’d never seen anybody move so fast. In that state of emergency, I unknowingly drew upon universal laws like bilocation—the ability to be in two places—to prevent the accident. For the past twenty-five years, I have been trying to bilocate again, but haven’t been successful.

I also remember my inner sense of feeling, clairsentience, being acutely developed at an early age. I get a feeling, then a knowing, and it’s incredible how accurate it is. I use this inner sense with my clients to get right to their core issues. For example, this morning I had a business meeting with a guy who has some chest problems. In the course of our discussion, I shared some things with him and by the time he left, his heart relaxed and he was breathing more deeply. Even though it wasn’t a healing session, I was still able to help him. Actually, I had to learn how to filter my clairsentience so I don’t take too much in. Like the first time I worked with somebody with hemorrhoids and was squirming for hours afterwards!

Q. What are your practices for connecting to your higher purpose?

A: We’re at a pivotal moment in history. The energetic spectrum bathing the planet is higher than it’s been in the last 26,000 years. This spectrum is infusing us with incredible frequencies of light, causing the veil between the dimensions to thin. Love is a high frequency and fear, or the absence of love, is a low one. We must choose which to flow in—love or fear—because we can’t be in both, just like a woman can’t be almost pregnant.

As these frequencies go even higher, anything that’s not from the light—anger, hatred, fear—will surface to be dealt with. If we choose to remain stuck, then this discord will come right back in our face the next time there’s a frequency shift. You see, our growth moves in an upward spiral. If we were to look at the spiral from the top two-dimensionally, it would look like a circle. If we were revisiting an old trauma represented by a point on the circle, it might look like we were revisiting the same spot over and over again. But when we look at the spiral three-dimensionally, we see that the trauma is at a much higher point on the spiral. And what we’re really dealing with is only the residue of the old trauma anchored at a higher frequency. So instead of saying, “Oh my God, I thought I dealt with this years ago,” we can say, “Great! I am releasing the last remnants of this at a much higher vibration.”
